The demonstration tomorrow, Saturday, March 18, demands peace in Ukraine and an end to countless U.S. wars against nations of the world. With tensions escalating between the U.S., Russia, and China, we must act now to stop the threat of nuclear war. The main protest is in Washington D.C., but there are associated marches happening the same day throughout the country (click the above link to find one near you!).

Despite promising to stop all drilling on federal lands during his 2020 campaign, President Biden just approved “the Willow Project," permitting ConocoPhillips to drill for oil in Alaska. By the administration’s own estimates, the project would generate enough oil to release 9.2 million metric tons of carbon pollution a year—the equivalent of 2 million new gas-powered cars on the road.
On Tuesday, March 21, there will be organized protests and demonstrations happening in over 80 U.S. cities to stop funding climate change. The demonstrations call for boycotting Citibank, Chase, Wells Fargo, and Bank of America, the world’s four largest funders of fossil fuel extraction.
The military industrial complex that President Eisenhower warned us against in 1961 is killing our planet! This war machine of capitalism is
